Jan Figel - 2003 SVU Human Tolerance Prize Laureate
For this year's Andrew Elias SVU Human Tolerance Prize was selected Jan Figel, a
prominent young Slovak politician and humatiarian and the chief negotiator of the
Slovak Republic on the EU - Accession.
