The Avalon Theatre will screen the award-winning sci-fi thriller Restore Point (Bod obnovy) by director Robert Hloz on July 10, 2024, at 8 pm, as part of the continuing Lions of Czech Film Series, bringing top Czech films to the Washington, DC community.

When the technology’s founder winds up dead without a saved restore point, detective Emma Trochinoska (Andrea Mohylová) takes on the complex murder case. Could River of Life be the culprits, or are darker things at play here?
