Czech and Slovak students and Fulbright scholars at universities and institutions in the New York City area were challenged to present the subject of their studies and research, in any field, in a short presentation limited to six minutes. In English.
Presenters included: Vanda ÄŒernohorská (sociology-Yale University), Václav KuÄera (mathematics-Brown University), Veronika MiÅ¡unová (finances-USB), Josef Nejedlý (international law-New York University), Jiřà Pelcl (design-Pratt Institute), Anna Pravdová (art history-Art Institute of Chicago), Andrea Průchová (visual culture-New York University, Pratt Institute) and Michael Vintr (international security studies-Columbia University).
